Cognitive Behavioural Therapy for Stress, Anxiety and Depression

November 20 at 1:30 pm3:30 pm

Led by our Occupational Therapist and Social Worker, this six week virtual group will introduce participants to practical tools and strategies for managing symptoms of stress, anxiety or depression. Participants will have a better understanding of how their emotions, behaviours and thoughts affect one another and will be able to use the practical tools and information provided to reduce their symptoms of stress, anxiety or depression.

Every Thursday, over ZOOM, starting October 16th until November 20th, 2025 from 1:30 to 3:30pm.
