SUMMARY:CBT Group for Stress\, Depression and/or Anxiety
DESCRIPTION:This 6-week IN-PERSON series is a structured psychotherapy group run by our Social Worker and Occupational Therapist treating stress\, depression and anxiety. Introduces concepts of cognitive behavioural therapy and practices strategies using real-life situations. \nInclusion Criteria: \n\n18+ adults with anxious or depressive symptoms\, or dealing with stress\nParticipants must be willing and able to commit to attending every session and practice between-session homework estimated 30 minutes to an hour each week\nNo therapy interfering behaviour (substance abuse\, no shows\, risk of harm to self or others)\nNo current or recent psychosis\n\nTo register\, please email inquiries@auroranewmarketfht.ca.
