What services do you provide for your patients?

What if I can't see my Physician?

Since we are a Family Health Team, you have access to our Inter-Disciplinary Health Professionals (IHP) such as our Social Worker, Occupational Therapist, Registered Dietitian, Registered Nurses and Nurse Practitioner. You will also have access to other Physicians should yours not be available for urgent care.

Are you open in the evenings?

Yes. We have an urgent care clinic from 5-8 p.m. Monday-Thursday. Pre-booked appointments are encouraged.

A referral was sent on my behalf, when can I expect to hear about my appointment?

If a referral was sent to a specialist, rest assured that our Admin Team has a standardized process to follow-up on referrals sent from our office. This process starts from the time the referral is sent and continues until we’ve received the consultation note. For urgent referrals, our Admin Team will follow-up with the specialist within one week of sending the referral. For non-urgent referrals, our Admin Team will follow-up with the specialist within 30 days. If you have not heard from our office or the specialists office after 30 days, please feel free to follow-up with us at this time.
