Aurora-Newmarket Family Health Team in partnership with Georgina Nurse Practitoner-Led Clinic will be hosting a FREE ZOOM series, Eating the Mediterranean Way. This program is designed for patients who would like to learn about the value of adopting a Mediterranean Diet and improve confidence in doing so. These group sessions are open for all patients!

The goal of this program is to learn about the Mediterranean Diet and how it can impact your health.
