ANFHT Baby & Me (0-12 months) *Virtual*

Baby & Me is designed to provide education to postpartum parents and families.

Here are the topics to be discussed:

• Week 1: Breast and/or formula feeding, how to wean off breastfeeding, formula and quantity overview, medication safety, baby proofing, and Basic First Aid.
• Week 2: Introduction to solids, special diet/allergens, picky eaters, cow’s milk alternatives, time saving recipes, and special diets.
• Week 3: Fever, common childhood illnesses, immunizations, sleep training, birth control, resuming sexual activity,
• Week 4: Growth and development, tummy time, baby socialization, postpartum blues vs. postpartum depression, self care and how to make time for your partner.
