CBT for Stress, Anxiety, and Depression – Week 1

June 4 at 10:30 am12:30 pm

Led by our Occupational Therapist and Social Worker, this six week VIRTUAL group will introduce participants to practical tools and strategies for managing symptoms of stress, anxiety or depression. Participants will have a better understanding of how their emotions, behaviours and thoughts affect one another and will be able to use the practical tools and information provided to reduce their symptoms of stress, anxiety or depression.
