Do you struggle with insomnia? Are you tired of feeling tired?

Led by our Registered Social Work and Registered Nurse, this is an 7-week structured cognitive behavioural therapy program for individuals with chronic insomnia. This program is designed to equip patients with tools and strategies to improve their sleep, prevent, and treat potential insomnia relapses.
